It means you bears hundreds of people life on your safe hands and in a concentrated mind only. So you must take care of your responsibilities and working committed to prevent temporary loss of strength and energy resulting from hard physical or mental work. There are number of safety matters which may lead into accidents due to noncompliance to the vehicle safety regulations and health matters which all to be taken care. Below are some tips to give extra attention to prevent fatigue and to identify its signs.

  2. Worst time of the day is midnight to 6 am
  3. You are naturally drowsy after lunch- it has nothing with what you eat. But it may be worse if you eat fatty or sugary foods.
  4. Sleep during the day is not as effective as sleep during the night. You need more day time sleep to have the same effect as a good night’s sleep.
  5. Alcohol and some medication will make things worse.
