2. Course Fee Structure

The course fee refers to the total amount payable by the learner for enrollment in a specific training program offered by Green World Group. The course fee may include several components depending on the nature of the course and the requirements of the relevant Accreditation Bodies.

The course fee may include, but is not limited to, the following elements:

• Training or tuition fees for the course
• Access to the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Study materials or course manuals (digital or printed)
• Trainer or tutor support services
• Administrative and enrollment processing charges
• Certification or accreditation body registration fees (if applicable)
• Examination registration fees where applicable
• Applicable government taxes or regulatory charges

The exact pricing for each course is determined based on factors such as course type, accreditation requirements, delivery mode (classroom, virtual, or e-learning), duration of the program, trainer involvement, and administrative costs involved in delivering the training.

Course fees will always be communicated to learners before enrollment through official GWG channels such as the company website, official brochures, invoices, or direct communication from authorised representatives.

3. Pricing Transparency and Disclosure

Green World Group follows a transparent pricing approach to ensure that learners receive clear information regarding the total cost of a course prior to confirming enrollment.

Before completing the registration process, learners will be informed of:

• Total course fees payable
• Payment schedule or instalment options, if applicable
• Applicable taxes or government charges
• Any additional charges related to certification bodies or examination registration
• Conditions related to payment, cancellation, and refund eligibility

Learners are responsible for reviewing and understanding the pricing details prior to confirming their enrollment. Once enrollment is confirmed and payment is processed, the learner is considered to have accepted the pricing structure and related payment obligations.

4. Payment Terms and Conditions

Enrollment in any course offered by Green World Group is considered valid only after payment of the required enrollment amount. In most cases, a portion of the total course fee must be paid at the time of registration to confirm the learner’s seat in the course.

Learners must complete the remaining course fee payments according to the payment schedule communicated by the GWG finance or administration department.

GWG reserves the right to deny access to the following services if payment obligations are not fulfilled:

• Participation in training sessions
• Access to the LMS platform
• Access to course materials
• Registration for examinations
• Issuance of completion certificates

Failure to comply with the payment schedule may result in suspension or cancellation of the learner’s enrollment until the outstanding amount is settled.

As outlined in the GWG policy, learners must ensure that all course fees are fully settled prior to examination registration or certification issuance.

5. Payment Methods

Green World Group offers multiple payment options to ensure convenient payment for learners across different regions. The available payment methods may include:

GWG reserves the right to deny access to the following services if payment obligations are not fulfilled:

• Bank transfers
• Online payment gateways
• Debit or credit card payments
• Approved instalment payment plans
• Third-party financing (Eg: Tabby, PayPal etc) or EMI options where applicable

Payments made through third-party payment providers may be subject to the policies and processing timelines of those providers.

Any charges imposed by banks, payment gateways, or currency conversion processes will be borne by the learner unless otherwise specified by GWG.

6. Taxes and Regulatory Charges

Where applicable, course fees may be subject to government taxes, regulatory charges, or statutory fees depending on the jurisdiction where the payment is made or where the course is delivered.

These charges may include, but are not limited to:

• Value Added Tax (VAT)
• Online payment gateways
• Goods and Services Tax (GST)
• Withholding tax or similar statutory charges
• Regulatory compliance fees required by accreditation bodies

Any taxes collected will be remitted to the relevant government authorities as required by law. In the event of a refund, the reimbursement of such taxes will depend on the approval and processing by the relevant tax authority and may take additional time to complete.

7. Price Changes and Adjustments

Green World Group reserves the right to revise course pricing from time to time in response to operational costs, Accreditation Body fee changes, regulatory requirements, or market conditions.

Any changes in pricing will apply only to future enrollments and will not affect learners who have already completed the enrollment process and confirmed their course registration.

However, if pricing changes occur due to external accreditation body fee revisions or government regulations, GWG reserves the right to adjust the applicable fees accordingly.

8. Responsibility of the Learner

Learners are responsible for ensuring that they clearly understand the pricing structure, payment schedule, and related financial obligations before confirming enrollment in any course.

By enrolling in a GWG course and making the required payment, the learner acknowledges and agrees to comply with all financial policies, including pricing, payment terms, refund rules, and cancellation conditions outlined in the official GWG policy documents.
