Highly recognized NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Those who already have or close to obtain Chartered Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH). However, for less senior roles or smaller organizations, a simple Graduate membership such as Grad IOSH may be considered.
Candidates should have experience in health and safety industry, including at operation levels.
A credible track record of project management.
Excellent writing and speaking skills which can help them interact, promote and train workers.
Desirable to have Industry specific experience. For example, Construction Design and Management (CDM) or environmental safety experience for Construction industry.
Have experience in achieving audited management standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 in health and safety.
